Industrial attachment. One Odoo 19 Enterprise system is shared by four computer retail and wholesale companies.

• Audited the shared ERP end to end (stock, sales, purchasing, invoicing, POS, email and HR). Set a baseline used for weekly progress reports to the CEO.
• Cleared 427 customer records that shared 125 phone numbers, leaving no real duplicates. Set a phone-number check so new duplicates are caught.
• Restructured a 6,600-item product catalogue:
  • sorted 1,000+ uncategorised products into the right categories
  • standardised 3,200+ product names with rule-based scripts
  • merged 542 duplicate product cards into 240, keeping stock, serial numbers and order history
• Checked 900+ draft supplier bills against purchase orders and goods receipts. Designed a standard supplier-upload template so goods can't be received twice.
• Built automated Excel reports in PowerShell. Wrote role guides, decks and support tickets for management, finance, stores and HR.

GymFlow: gym management platform (my own product)

• Built separate workspaces for owners, front desk, trainers and members. They cover memberships, check-ins, class bookings with waitlists, payments and reports.
• Python JSON API on PostgreSQL (Neon). 86 automated tests run in GitHub Actions against a real PostgreSQL database, and the app deploys to Render only when they pass. Two-factor sign-in, plus nightly off-site backups with tested restores.

Car dealership platform: client project

• Showroom website and back office: Excel stock import, photo and video galleries, test-drive booking, M-Pesa deposits that reserve a car, and staff roles with two-factor sign-in.
• Next.js 16, TypeScript, PostgreSQL with Drizzle, Docker, Cloudflare R2, CI with CodeQL code scanning.

Coursework complete, including data science (predictive modelling with linear and tree-based methods).
